Self-Operated Lines: Selected lines provided by business partners of CNfans. Those lines are controlled and monitored better than other lines. If there is a problem with your parcel, we will solve your problem following the after-sales standards of CNfans, which are more competitive than the compensation policies of the logistics providers.
Other Lines: Selected shipping lines provided by logistics providers with high reputation. CNfans can help you request the compensation from the logistics providers if there is a problem with your parcel. The compensation rate depends on the policies of the logistics providers.
4. Shipping Limitations:

1. For parcels using IOSS services, do not support modify the total declared value after the parcel is submitted. If you need to modify the value, please cancel the parcel and submit it again.

3. The IOSS services simplifies the tax collection process, accelerates customs clearance, and improves customs clearance efficiency. 4. CNfans will pay the tax on your behalf if your parcel uses IOSS services. However, it does not guarantee that your parcel will not be taxed once again by the local customs. 5. In order to protect the rights and interests of users and the platform, CNfans can not provide you with the IOSS number we used.
Generally speaking, when the declared value of your parcel is lower than the country’s tariff threshold, it normally will not be taxed (but the case of fraud declaration is another matter). If your parcel is taxed, you need to pay taxes and help clear the customs in time.

Inspection scopes of shopping agent service:
1. The inspection scope of the shopping agent service includes checking the appearance of the goods upon arrival at the CNfans warehouse. Professional quality inspectors will examine the color, large areas of damage, stains, size, model, and version number. However, errors such as color difference and actual size are not part of the inspection.
2. For electronic and digital products, the inspection only covers the appearance and not the completeness of accessories or power-on checks. (the quality inspectors will send the arrival picture for the user to confirm the product);
3. If you have any issues with the inspection results, you may request after-sale service.
1.color difference, size error, use effect, etc. are not within the scope of inspection for these special commodities. Electronic digital products are considered as special commodities and quality inspectors only inspect their appearance, without conducting a power-on test.

This service is one of our customized services. Customers can create it's exclusive logo stickers based on it's needs and deliver them to our warehouse. Customers would need to provide the physical stickers to us and our member of staffs will stick the logo tag to the relevant package. Any risks or fees that occurred by the logo, such as delivery, customs clearance, infringement, or other legal risks, will be responsible by the customers.

Package compensation standards:
If your products are lost, lacking in quantity, damaged, delayed or being seized by customs during the shipment process due to reasons not in CNfans' control, CNfans is not responsible for compensation. For indirect and not actualized profit lostes, we will also not be responsible for any compensation. Please see the “Insuranceand compensation of Parcels” for actual details.
CNfans is not responsible for compensation in the follow situations (for uninsured package):
1. No compensation will be given for the lost of mail due to force majeure such as natural disasters or customs reasons;
2. If the delivered items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, the competent authority will confiscate them or deal with them in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and no compensation will be given;
3. No compensation will be given if the package of the mail is intact with no signs of dismantling, and the weight is not reduced but the internal parts are short or damaged at the time of delivery;
4. If the mail track shows that it has not been delivered properly, and it is confirmed by the logistics provider that the parcel has been confiscated by the customs, the logistics provider's inquiry shall prevail and no compensation shall be paid;
5. No compensation will be given for the lost of the mail or the shortage of the contents due to the responsibility of the customer or the reasons for the sent item itself;
6. No compensation will be given if the customer fails to inquire and make no claim for compensation from the date of delivery of the mail to the expiry of the inquiry period;
7. If the international mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the destination country according to its domestic laws, no compensation will be given.
Forbidden items
Comply with the national regulations on prohibited and restricted mail items in our country:
(1) Comply with the announcement of the State Post Bureau, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Security on the issuance of the "Regulations on the Administration of Items Prohibited from Delivery".
(2) Comply with Order No. 43 of the General Administration of Customs (List of Prohibited and Restricted Entry and Exit Items of the People's Republic of China).

1. Items with qualities or packaging that may harm the postal workers or contaminate/damage other packages or postal equipment.
2. Items with metal seals or other sharp edges that may get in the way of postal processing.
3. All types of firearms, ammunition, explosive, flammable, erosive, and radioactive items or vessels, strong poison, anesthetics, biochemical products and infectious items.
4. All kinds of publications, propaganda, or printed items that may endanger the security and stability of the society or contain obscenity.
5. All kinds of items that may endanger public health.
6. Documents or items that are not accepted or allowed to be circulated in the recipient country.
Parcel dispatch/pick-up time:
When the parcel's status is "packed" in the CNfans warehouse, the warehouse and logistics provider will arrange dispatch/pick-up within a fixed time (logistics providers will be off on weekends and public holidays, and pick-up will be postponed).

The 5-Day Return Guarantee is an after-sales service, including technical support, offered to customers by sellers on third-party platforms. 1. What to do when there is an after-sales problem with an order that is ineligible for the “return guarantee”?
When there is a quality issue with the product, CNfans will verify with the seller based on the actual situation. We will figure out the final solution and notify the user. If the product has no quality issue, the return service will be unavailable based on the rules from the third-party platform. CNfans will try to communicate with the seller and protect the user’s rights.
2. Who will be responsible for the shipping fee when using the “ return guarantee”?
The product must be new and meet the resell requirement before requesting the return service. If the product has no quality issue, the user will be responsible for the shipping fees. 3. Will there be any charges if I request the return service when the order status is “not shipped”?

2. How to Create a Forwarding Order
Step 1: Click on "Forwarding Order" on the homepage or go to "My Orders" and click "+ Forwarding Order Self Service" at the top of the page to access the forwarding order creation page.
Before creating a forwarding order, please read and accept the statement by checking the box "I have read and accept the above items", and then click "OK" to fill out the forwarding order.
Step 2: Obtain the CNfans warehouse address through the forwarding order filling page or online customer service, and provide it to the sender to send the products to that address. Please request the courier bill number from the sender.
Step 3: Please fill in the information of the tracking number of the goods to be shipped according to the requirements on the page. Correctly filling in the parcel's tracking number can maximize the efficiency of the forwarding order entry and product information matching, and reduce the processing time delay caused by the CNfans team's interaction with you and secondary confirmation due to incorrect information filling.

Each additional line of courier order number during the creation of a forwarding order represents adding an order. The CNfans team will classify the products in an order under a product, take QC photos, and store them in the warehouse. If the number of products in a single express parcel is large or the volume of a single unit is large, the CNfans team will take QC photos of the products in the parcel separately and store them in the warehouse, resulting in multiple product.

I. Acknowledgement and Acceptance by User
The ownership and right of operation regarding the electronic services hereunder belong to CNfans. The user (hereinafter referred to “You”) may become a formal user of CNfans only after agreeing with all registration provisions and completing all registration procedures. You clicking “Agree with this Agreement” shall be deemed to confirm that You may have the capabilities of enjoying the services provided under CNfans including but not limited to shopping agent service and of assuming legal responsibility independently incurred there from. This Agreement is binding upon You and CNfans and may be effective permanently unless otherwise agreed by You and CNfans.
II. Services for Businesses under CNfans
1. Policies for parcel forwarding and shopping agent services
(1) Shopping agent and parcel forwarding services
Shopping agent service: CNfans may provide free shopping agent service for the commodities sold on third-party platforms designated by You or shipping of Your parcels.Parcel Forwarding: CNfans may provide forwarding services in addition to the recommendation and sales services regarding the third-party platform products for the users herein.
You may assess all risks arising out of or in connection with any accidents related to the international parcels such as but not limited to the return punished by the customs, delay in delivery, damage or loss, forfeiture, and such risks shall be borne by you solely. For any parcel problems, You may entrust CNfans as the communication agent with third-party logistic service providers for claims. The final standards for all the compensations related thereto shall be subject to those of such third-party logistic service providers, for which CNfans will not assume any liabilities, whether joint and several or not.
(2) Disclaimer for purchase and parcel forwarding of products
For the smooth arrival of the products purchased by You, we may make appropriate handling for the products already arrived. You’re kindly reminded that You should make prudent purchases as certain merchants on Taobao may conduct illegal commercial activities. You are deemed to agree and perform the subsequent operations under special conditions (visit the website below), or You may verify any doubts (if any) with the customer service staff upon the submission of the order.
(3) Rules of return or exchange within 5 days without reasons
The products purchased by CNfans on your behalf may be returned or exchanged (as the case may be) within 5 days without reason. You must understand and confirm that such return and/or exchange service may be enjoyed only once within 30 days free of charge, or otherwise, the subsequent return and/or exchange may be provided with certain charge, and even part of orders may not be returned and/or exchanged.
(4) Parcel forwarding agreement and the inspection rules
It’s Your responsibility to know the prohibited international items. CNfans may sign to acknowledge the receipt of and check Your parcels in accordance with the Rules on Parcel Forwarding and Acknowledgement of Receipt, and receive the parcels satisfying with the applicable requirements and make subsequent operations related thereto.
(5) Domestic return and international return
Subject to the special natures of international logistics, certain parcels may be indicated as “Not passing domestic security checks” in the customs of the country to which Your parcels are delivered, in this regard, CNfans may arrange the re-delivery free of charge after the parcel is returned. In the event Your parcel has been shipped overseas and is returned due to Not passing international security checks, no recipient, wrong or incomplete address, or unsuccessful posting, the fee for re-shipping shall be borne by You.
(6) Delivery delay insurance and the compensation
It shall be deemed a delay of the parcel in the event the delivery time exceeds the time announced by the platform for the insured delivery route since the said parcel is sent to the third-party carrier. Compensations for the delayed delivery may be subject to the negotiations between CNfans and the concerned third-party logistics service providers after the recipient applies for compensations, and such compensations may be returned to the payment account for the said international parcel, provided, however, any delay incurred due to the force majeure factors such as the customs and weather will not be compensated for.
(7) Parcel insurance and the compensations
In the event that Your parcel is lost and You have purchased the parcel insurance with us upon the submission of the order, we may provide applicable compensation based on Your insured value. 1. What to do when there is an after-sales problem with an order that is ineligible for the “return guarantee”?
When there is a quality issue with the product, CNfans will verify with the seller based on the actual situation. We will figure out the final solution and notify the user. If the product has no quality issue, the return service will be unavailable based on the rules from the third-party platform. CNfans will try to communicate with the seller and protect the user’s rights.

I. Acknowledgement and Acceptance by User
The ownership and right of operation regarding the electronic services hereunder belong to CNfans. The user (hereinafter referred to “You”) may become a formal user of CNfans only after agreeing with all registration provisions and completing all registration procedures. You clicking “Agree with this Agreement” shall be deemed to confirm that You may have the capabilities of enjoying the services provided under CNfans including but not limited to shopping agent service and of assuming legal responsibility independently incurred there from. This Agreement is binding upon You and CNfans and may be effective permanently unless otherwise agreed by You and CNfans.

1. Policies for parcel forwarding and shopping agent services
(1) Shopping agent and parcel forwarding services
Shopping agent service: CNfans may provide free shopping agent service for the commodities sold on third-party platforms designated by You or shipping of Your parcels.Parcel Forwarding: CNfans may provide forwarding services in addition to the recommendation and sales services regarding the third-party platform products for the users herein.
You may assess all risks arising out of or in connection with any accidents related to the international parcels such as but not limited to the return punished by the customs, delay in delivery, damage or loss, forfeiture, and such risks shall be borne by you solely. For any parcel problems, You may entrust CNfans as the communication agent with third-party logistic service providers for claims. The final standards for all the compensations related thereto shall be subject to those of such third-party logistic service providers, for which CNfans will not assume any liabilities, whether joint and several or not.

CNfans may sign to acknowledge the receipt of and check Your parcels in accordance with the Rules on Parcel Forwarding and Acknowledgement of Receipt, and receive the parcels satisfying with the applicable requirements and make subsequent operations related thereto.
(5) Domestic return and international return
Subject to the special natures of international logistics, certain parcels may be indicated as “Not passing domestic security checks” in the customs of the country to which Your parcels are delivered, in this regard, CNfans may arrange the re-delivery free of charge after the parcel is returned. In the event Your parcel has been shipped overseas and is returned due to Not passing international security checks, no recipient, wrong or incomplete address, or unsuccessful posting, the fee for re-shipping shall be borne by You.
(6) Delivery delay insurance and the compensation
It shall be deemed a delay of the parcel in the event the delivery time exceeds the time announced by the platform for the insured delivery route since the said parcel is sent to the third-party carrier. Compensations for the delayed delivery may be subject to the negotiations between CNfans and the concerned third-party logistics service providers after the recipient applies for compensations, and such compensations may be returned to the payment account for the said international parcel, provided, however, any delay incurred due to the force majeure factors such as the customs and weather will not be compensated for.
(7) Parcel insurance and the compensations
In the event that Your parcel is lost and You have purchased the parcel insurance with us upon the submission of the order, we may provide applicable compensation based on Your insured value. You shall know the prohibited international items and assume any responsibility for the loss of the parcel caused due to certain factors, either subjective or objective.
(8) Receipt of parcel
The normal acknowledgment of receipt of the parcel indicates the closure of the whole shipping process. You shall check the outer packing box carefully upon Your signing for acknowledgment of receipt, and You may respond to customer service staff immediately for any problems related thereto after the acknowledgment.
(9) After-sales
It’s suggested that You should confirm the receipt of products on the website after receiving the parcel. You may apply for after-sales services within the valid after-sales term thereof if necessary, or otherwise, after-sales services may not be provided after the said valid term. For the smooth arrival of the products purchased by You, we may make appropriate handling for the products already delivered to the warehouse. You’re kindly reminded that You should make a prudent purchase as certain merchants on Taobao may conduct illegal commercial activities. You are deemed to agree and perform the subsequent operations under special conditions as follows, or You may verify any doubts (if any) with the customer service staff upon the submission of the order.
a) Sensitive commodity:
For the smooth delivery of Your parcel, the sensitive commodities containing essential oil, care solution, lubricant, battery, and glue may be taken out by us.
b) Customs policy:
The counterfeit commodities, commodities containing plenty of liquid or powder, or equipped with a battery, or food or drugs may have certain delivery risks due to customs policies. CNfans shall not be liable for the customs clearance and any legal liabilities related thereto in case of any consequences arising out of the said risks.
c) Professional inspection unavailable
We may not provide professional inspection (in terms of quality, authenticity, and completeness) for certain commodities such as electric appliances, counterfeit commodities, tickets, cards, and models, in this regard, our inspectors may only inspect whether the appearance is intact and the accessories are complete or not as we can’t open the commodities to check the quality thereof.
d) Fragile commodities
As the commodities such as ceramics or glass commodities and commodities in irregular forms (windscreen wiper and shock absorber) may be worn or broken during several transportations, we suggest that You should purchase them prudently. We may warrant that such commodities are complete before the delivery, provided, however, in case such commodities are judged as fragile commodities by the logistics service providers and damaged during the transportation, any losses and liabilities incurred therefrom shall be solely borne by You.
e) Custom-made commodities

h) CD-like commodities and figures
As CD-like commodities and figures have high collection values, and such commodities may not be inspected by opening the plastic packaging bags thereof, and hence we only inspect whether the appearance is intact and undamaged or not while the internal situation may not be inspected, all the risks and liabilities incurred therefrom shall be solely borne by You.

b) the commodities mailed violate the restriction or limitation provisions and have been confiscated or otherwise disposed of by the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable rules;
c) the package of mail is intact without dismantling or loss of weight when the same is delivered, while the commodities contained therein are short or damaged;
d) the receipt note is signed by the recipient under the normal procedures;
e) the loss or delay of mail is due to any causes attributable to the user or the commodities contained therein;
f) the user fails to make an inquiry and claim during the period commencing from the date on which such mail is delivered to the expiration date of such inquiry;
g) the international mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the competent authorities of a country to which such mail is delivered in accordance with its national laws;
(iii) Instructions for Banned Items
a) The items which are banned from mailing include
(i) the commodities that are prohibited from being circulated or sent by the applicable national laws and regulations;
(ii) the explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive and toxic dangerous commodities;
(iii) the reactionary newspapers, books, windows or obscene commodities;
(iv) various currencies;
(v) such items which may impair public health;
(vi) the perishable items;
(vii) any live animals (excluding bees, silkworms, and leeches for which their packages may ensure the security of delivery and safety of workers);
(viii) such items that are not properly packaged and may endanger personal safety, or may pollute or damage mails or other mail devices;
(ix) all other items not suitable for mailing conditions.
b) The items that are banned from mailing in accordance with the mailing practices
(i) those, based on their natures or packages, may or are suspected to injure postal service personnel or harm mail or postal equipment;
(ii) the items sealed by metal buttons with sharp edges which may hinder mail handling equipment;
(iii) all kinds of firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable commodities, corrosive commodities, radioactive elements and containers, potent poisons, narcotic drugs, biochemical products and infectious commodities;
(iv) various kinds of publications, publicity materials, printed materials, etc. which may endanger social security & stability, or are obscene;
(v) all kinds of items which may endanger public health;
(vi) such documents or commodities that are prohibited from entering or circulating by the other party;
(vii) any other items banned by the rules of competent customs authorities in addition to those mentioned above.
c) The items which are banned from mailing in accordance with Taiwan mailing regulations
(i) those, based on their natures or packages, may or are suspected to injure postal service personnel or harm mail or postal equipment;
(ii) the items sealed by metal buttons with sharp edges which may hinder mail handling equipment;
(iii) the flammable, explosive, or other dangerous commodities other than such brittle biological materials packaged and sent from one registered entity to another registered entity and are licensed by the competent authorities;
(iv) the live animals except for bees, silkworms, leeches or parasites sent from one registered entity to another registered entity, or insects used to eliminate pests;
(v) the radioactive items;
(vi) the opium, morphine, and other anesthetic items other than those shipping documents have been issued by the competent authorities or evidenced by the competent judicial authorities or police agencies to be used for evidence purpose and have been insured or declared for their values, or have been insured and used for medicine or scientific research with the permit issued by the competent authorities;

(viii) the documents or items that are prohibited from entering by the competent authorities of country to which such mail is delivered;
(ix) the documents or items that are forbidden to be sold or manufactured by the competent authorities in Taiwan other than those evidenced by the competent judicial authorities or police agencies to be used for evidence purpose and have been delivered through registered mail or parcel;
(x) lottery tickets and flyers thereof other than those evidenced by the competent judicial authorities or police agencies to be used for evidence purpose and have been delivered through registered mail or parcel;
(xi) such contraband products prescribed by other laws and regulations.
